Frozen Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 pickles, unpeeled and sliced
2 or 3 onions, diced
2 or 3 green peppers, diced
2 c. white vinegar
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. coarse salt
Preparation
-
When sugar is dissolved, add to pickle mixture and stir well. Let stand 10 minutes.
Pack into cartons or jars and put in freezer.
Defrost to serve.
