Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken strips
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. diced cooked carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Cut chicken into small pieces and brown.
    In large saucepan, combine sugar, juice from pineapple, catsup, soy sauce and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix cornstarch with cold water; stir into other hot mixture.
    Add pineapple, celery, carrots and chicken.
    Bring to a low boil.
    If too thick, add orange juice or water.
