Potato Trash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Red Potatoes
    Sour Cream
    Crisp Fried Bacon
    1 Stick of Butter, sliced
    Shredded American or Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
    Boil desired number of unpeeled potatoes in water to cover, until tender.
    Drain and cut into quarters.
    Arrange in 9x13 baking dish.
    Add butter, dollops of sour cream, shredded cheese and bacon.
