Whipped Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin, softened in water
    1 large ripe banana
    1 packet Equal
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
    8 drops yellow food coloring
    2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except yogurt, in a blender until smooth.
    Fold in the yogurt.
    Pour into individual sherbet glasses.
    Chill well.
