Deer Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 lb. venison
    5 lb. potatoes
    3 1/2 lb. onions
    1 1/2 c. mustard
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. grape jelly
    5 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. black pepper
    1/2 c. salt
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1-inch pieces.
    Boil for 4 hours or until shredded.
    Add 1/4-inch cubed potatoes and chopped onion.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook until potatoes are tender, but still firm.
