Ingredients

1 pkg. pitted dates
pecans
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 c. cream
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Stuff dates with pecans and place in a greased casserole. Beat together the eggs; add sugar, flour, salt, lemon extract and cream.
Pour over dates and dot top with butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
