Baked Beef Tenderloin With Vegetables(16 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) beef tenderloin roast
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
garlic to taste
2 onions, quartered
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 to 6 ribs celery, sliced diagonally
6 carrots, cleaned and diced
1 lemon, sliced thin
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Marinate the tenderloin overnight in the combined soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Before cooking, add the remaining ingredients to the pan. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
