Fish Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish meat (boneless)
    20 crackers, crushed
    1 egg, beaten
    6 to 8 heaping Tbsp. onions, chopped fine
    fresh green onion and parsley to taste
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    salt to taste
    red pepper to taste
    black pepper to taste
    3/4 block oleo
    cracker meal
Preparation
    Bring pot of water to full boil (enough to cover fish).
    Drop in fish.
    Leave only until rawness is out and fish turns white. Drain fish; season while still warm.
    Break into small pieces.
