Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach
    3 hard boiled cooked eggs
    5 to 6 green onions chopped
    1 c. fresh mushrooms chopped
    4 slices fry crumbled bacon
    1 tomatoes chopped
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    1 pkg. garlic croutons
Preparation
    Combine spinach, onion, mushrooms and eggs in large bowl.
    In a small mixing bowl; combine oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and spices, mix well.
    (This makes extra dressing mix that can be use later for other salads. Keep in refrigerator.) Add dressing mix; and top with tomatoes, garlic croutons (if desired) and bacon.
