Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. ground veal
    3 c. bread crumbs, grated
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine beef and veal, egg and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well.
    Pat into rectangular shape. Mix bread crumbs, onion, celery, parsley, dash of salt, raisins, sage and milk.
    Spread over meat.
    Roll as you would a jelly roll. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
