Miniature Bacon-Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all 8 ingredients; stir well.
    Pour into prepared Pastry Shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
