Ingredients

1 c. regular or complete pancake mix
1 c. Bran Flakes cereal, 1 c. Post Grape-Nuts flakes or Post fortified oat flakes
1/2 c. milk, water or reconstituted nonfat dry milk
Preparation

Prepare pancake mix as directed on package using the amount of milk or water specified.
Add crushed cereal and 1/2 cup milk or water.
Using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, bake on hot griddle until bubbly on top.
Turn to brown other side.
Makes about 8 to 10 pancakes.
