Corn Moussaka - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 to 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Spread corn in ungreased baking dish.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add flour.
Cook and stir one minute.
Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon.
Spread ground beef mixture over corn and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
