Coffee Nut Tortoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipped cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. vanilla
    few drops almond extract
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. finely cup pecan meats
    1/4 c. coconut, toasted and crumbled
Preparation
    Whip cream; fold in 1/4 cup sugar, instant coffee and flavorings. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form and gradually add 2 tablespoons sugar and beat to stiff peaks. Mix nuts and coconut. Fold egg whites into whipped cream. Spoon into metal ice cube tray; cover with nuts and coconut. Freeze.
