Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
Italian bread crumbs
milk or egg
8 pieces ham
8 pieces Swiss cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Tenderize chicken with mallet to about 1/2-inch thick.
Lay on piece of ham and thin slice of cheese. Roll up and hold with toothpick.
Dip each in egg or milk, then roll in bread crumbs.
Place in glass dish and bake about 35 to 40 minutes.
