Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Place yeast in 2 cups water.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg. Add yeast to mixture; add flour and mix well.
    Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
