Seafood Parisienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz. each) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts or canned
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, lobster or crab meat (about 3 c.) or use 2 (7 3/4 oz. each) cans crab meat
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    2 2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook artichoke hearts as directed on package. Drain and place in 3-quart ovenproof casserole. Stir in rice and shrimp.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour into casserole.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir before serving. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired. Serves 8.
