Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar mushrooms, drained
grated cheese to taste
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.
Add onion.
Saute until tender.
Add broccoli.
Cook until broccoli separates, stirring frequently.
Stir in mushroom soup, mushrooms and cheese.
Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
