Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked yellow squash
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Mix ingredients except cheese, paprika and parsley.
Toss gently until well mixed.
Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven; sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Sprinkle paprika on top of cheese.
Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
