Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. fresh blueberries, washed and drained
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Blend egg, milk and oil and add to dry ingredients.
    Fold in blueberries. Spoon equally into lined muffin tin.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
