Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. dates, cut up, or raisins
    1 c. walnut meats, chopped
Preparation
    Mix the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powder and add to first mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix in order given.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 (8 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/2-inch) E-Z Foil loaf pans, bought at Bill's Super Value.
