Tex-Mexaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 medium can ranch style beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 pkg. frozen corn
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    salt and pepper to taste
    Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat.
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in a large pot.
    Add enough water so that macaroni is covered.
    Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until macaroni is soft.
    Top with cheese before serving if desired.
