Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. black walnuts
3 bananas, mashed
Preparation

Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs.
Stir in flour, alternately with buttermilk and soda.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 in three 8-inch pans or 1 sheet layer pan until brown and springs back.
Frost or serve plain.
