Company Apple Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    few grains of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Have ready a 9 to 10-inch (across bottom) ovenproof skillet, a 9-inch pie pan or an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. In food processor or blender, process eggs, milk, flour, salt and nutmeg until smooth.
    Heat oil in skillet or pan.
    When very hot, pour in batter.
    Bake uncovered 18 to 20 minutes without opening oven door.
    Pancake should be puffed, crisp around edges and golden brown.
    Serve with sauteed apples and raisins
