Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    6 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine the pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
    Blend in eggs, milk and evaporated milk.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shells.
    Filling is generous.
    Bake in hot oven, 400\u00b0, for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean.
