Winter Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can French-style green beans
1 (1 lb.) can tiny green peas
1 small onion, cut fine
4 stalks celery, cut fine
1 green pepper, cut into small pieces
1 small jar pimento, cut fine
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Drain the canned vegetables. Combine with the fresh vegetables. Marinate overnight in sauce of the remaining ingredients. After the vegetables have marinated for at least 10 hours, drain well and serve.
