Oven Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic or Secrets onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. assorted fresh vegetables: carrots, snow peas, sugar, snap peas, zucchini, green peppers, red peppers, celery, mushrooms and sliced cabbage
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In plastic bag or large bowl, shake or toss all ingredients until vegetables are coated.
Empty into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Discard bag.
Bake 20 minutes, stirring once, or until vegetables are tender.
Serves 4 to 6.
