Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans black-eyed peas
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 lb. bacon
crushed red pepper
Preparation

Cut up and brown bacon, green pepper and onion.
Drain off fat.
Add peas, tomatoes and spices to taste.
Simmer and serve.
