Broccoli Bisque(Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced broccoli flowerets
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. water *
    2 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook broccoli and onion in water until tender, 6 to 7 minutes.
    In small bowl, whisk together salad dressing and flour.
    Add to broccoli.
    Cook over low heat until heated through.
    Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
    Serve hot. Serves 3 to 4.
