Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. large fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    dash of salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Remove and chop stems.
    In 1-quart casserole, combine stems, onions and butter.
    Microwave at High 2 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning.
    Pile in caps.
    Arrange caps on paper towel lined plate with large caps to outside.
    Microwave at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
    Rotate plate once or twice during cooking.
