Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 pimento, cut up in small pieces
    1 c. (1/4-inch) cubes of Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. frozen asparagus, cooked
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Add to the eggs, salt, pepper, cracker crumbs, pimento, cheese and milk.
    Stir in the asparagus (cut up) and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour melted butter over the top.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven until the custard is set, about 30 minutes.
