Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. top round steak (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 medium green peppers
3 small tomatoes
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Cut steak diagonally across grain in very thin strips.
Brown steak strips, 1/2 pound at a time, in hot oil.
Remove meat from skillet and set aside.
