Lo-Cal Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/2 c. nonfat or reduced fat mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. parsley
    white pepper to taste
    pinch of salt

    Mix together and chill.
