Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 green bell peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced bamboo shoots, drained
    2/3 c. uncooked long grain rice
Preparation
    Cook sausage in a large skillet until browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain.
    Add next 8 ingredients; pour into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover, stir and bake an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    If desired, garnish with mushrooms and bell pepper strips.
    Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
