Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3 mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. raisins or dates
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream together the oleo, sugar and eggs.
Combine remaining ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0 in angel food cake pan. Quick bread.
