Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 small cans tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    8 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spread
    1
    cup
    meat
    sauce.
    Layer, a layer of lasagne noodles,
    1 cup sauce and cheese that has been shredded, 1/3 of Mozzarella and Parmesan.
    Repeat until all has been used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings
