Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well.
    Add flour and beat until smooth.
    Add eggs; beat until combined.
    Stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Pour filling into pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 45 minutes or until set.
