Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed sweet potato
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 marshmallows or 1/2 c. marshmallow whip
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes with skins on until soft peel and mash. Add sugar, salt, melted butter and rich milk.
    Beat eggs well and add to mixture.
    Pour in a buttered baking dish and top with marshmallows.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
