Vegetable Crouton Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag mixed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 c. crushed seasoned croutons (Pepperidge Farm)
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Microwave vegetables in casserole dish 9 minutes on High. Season with margarine, salt, pepper, garlic and Italian seasoning; set aside.
    Mix together croutons and margarine.
    Press into a 9-inch pan.
    Bake 8 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Construct pie.
    Sprinkle 3/4 cup of cheese on crust.
    Add vegetables.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Beat eggs and add milk; stir.
    Pour over the pie. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    A real crowd pleaser!
