Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 sm. Onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg Cream Cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom Soup
1/2 c. Milk
1/4 c. Ketchup
1 can Biscuits (optional)
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onions.
Drain.
Add mushroom soup, cream cheese, milk, ketchup, salt and pepper.
Stir often until cream cheese is melted.
Pour in baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
If using biscuits on top, bake until brown.
