Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked, chilled rice
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
2 tsp. dill pickle relish
1 pkg. frozen English peas, cooked and drained
1/2 c. Crab Delights or ham
1 medium grated onion
mayonnaise to moisten or to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Best if allowed to chill overnight.
