Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    3 strips bacon, cut in small pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced fresh or canned tomatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Fry bacon; add zucchini.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
