Egg Crowns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
    30 small rounds buttered bread
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento strips, drained
    watercress
Preparation
    Remove yolks from eggs; put into a sieve over a bowl.
    Place rings of white on buttered bread.
    Sieve egg yolks and ends of whites.
    Mix sieved eggs, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and vinegar.
    Beat until smooth.
