Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 avocado
    1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. picante sauce (for thinner guacamole, use less chunky salsa)
    1 tsp. cilantro
    1/2 tsp. cumin seed
    pinch of garlic
    pinch of chili powder
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel avocado and cut into chunks.
    Mash with a fork, adding juice.
    Add remaining ingredients.
