Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 c. Crisco
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, Crisco and eggs in mixing bowl until it is creamy and smooth. Beat about 8 to 10 minutes. Add vanilla and lemon flavoring. Mix well, about 1 minute. Pour into a slightly greased angel food cake pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. If cake is not brown, bake about 10 minutes longer, until it is firm and brown.
