Debi'S Mexican Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 cans black beans, drained
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. salsa
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Be sure beans are dry; press out excess liquid with paper towel if necessary.
    Lightly mash the beans so that there are still some whole ones left.
    Add sour cream, salsa and half of the cheese. Mix. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
