Salty Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. Crisco oil
6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
2 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. dried mint

Preparation

Beat the eggs; then add the oil, cheese, milk, baking powder and flour.
Pour mixture in a deep ovenproof pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool and slice.
Can be served cold or hot.
