Potato And Corn Flake Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium cooked potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small red pepper, diced (optional)
    1 slice bread, cubed
    1 stick oleo, cubed
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    corn flakes (enough to cover top)
Preparation
    Cook, cool and dice potatoes.
    Chop onion and peppers.
    Add to potatoes.
    Mix in oleo, cheese and bread cubes.
    Stir in milk. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with corn flake crumbs.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil and bake 30 minutes more.
