Cherry Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can tart red cherries
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation

Drain cherries.
Save juice.
Add enough water to reserved juice to make 1 cup.
Combine sugar and cornstarch and stir into cherry liquid to blend.
Cook slowly, stirring constantly until thick and clear.
Stir in cherries and 1/4 teaspoon red food coloring and serve hot with ham.
