Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked and boned
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm crumbs (blue pkg.)
    1 small can button mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup*
    1 can cream of chicken soup*
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    *Use only 2/3 of these cans of soup.
